Most reports about the project, says the project is good, others are more daring and say that the project was "a little" late, but has "a lot" of time to receive a report on the budget / plan vs. actual schedule, but most do not show what is actually achieved and what remains will be completed and the problems and risks.
Some reports on the state of red, orange (or yellow), red light green. Others are more advanced inform of key performance indicators (KPI).
